District Registration Packets and Information
The Northeastern Clinton Central District will continue to have our registration process for new students for the current academic school year and for upcoming UPK and Kindergarten students for the next academic school year online. The registration process can be completed on your phone, tablet, or PC, regardless of the platform that you are using.
We still offer a hard copy of the registration packets in our local schools, where they can be picked up or downloaded from our website. Our elementary buildings only offer UPK and Kindergarten through 5th grade registration packets, and the 6th through 12th grade registration packets can be picked up at the centrally located middle and high school entrance. When these packets are complete, they need to be handed in at the NCCS HS/MS at attention to our school registrar, Mrs. Kim Wright.

Registration for both UPK and Kindergarten for the upcoming 2026 – 2027 school year will be opened March 2, 2026. Please be sure to fill out the correct registration form and provide all documentation.
Our Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) registration lottery closes on April 1, 2026. The lottery will occur on April 2, 2026 in the NCCS District Office.
Our UPK program runs for a full day (8:00 AM - 2:20 PM) and follows our district calendar of 180 days.
UPK and Kindergarten screening dates will be determined at a later date. A representative from the school will contact the parent or guardian of the student and set up an appointment in April or May 2026.
