B. You must propose your idea; this is worth a Quiz Grade.  In your proposal be sure to answer the following questions:

1. What is your topic?  What is the creative idea that you have in mind?
2. Why did you choose this topic?
3. What will you prove by working on this project?
4.  Who is working on this project, what would be the division of labor?  (Who is doing what work?)
5. What resources are you going to use?
