Christian Citizenship Award 6/5/08 Varies This award is sponsored by the The First Presbyterian Church of Rouses Point.  It is given to those who practice christian virtues and principles.  It is not based on academic achievement.  This award is open to all seniors regardless of church denomination. Kyle Cartier Memorial Scholarship in association with North Country Youth Hockey. 6/2/08 $500 Max. The purpose of the Kyle Cartier Memorial Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to recipients who plans to continue his or her vocational or collegiate education beyond the high school level. The North Country Youth Hockey, Inc. Board of Directors will award a maximum of two (2) applicants, with the total amount of the scholarships not to exceed $500.00.
To be eligible, the student must have been a member of the North Country Youth Hockey Association for a minimum of five complete seasons.
Leadership Through Learning 12/8/08   HS. Juniors and Seniors from across the US are invited to spend a week in our nations capital, all expense paid, to learn about government, civic affairs and telecommunications regulation.

Woodman of the World # 462 Scholarship 6/2/08 Varies Must be graduated in 08 and have not received Lodge # 462 (Chazy) Andy Speare Memorial Sch.  A scholarship from Lodge #462 before (one time Award).  The award must be used for educational purposes in college for business, nursing, or trade School, and the student must be enrolled as a full-time college student.  Proof of enrollment will be required.  Applicants must be a current member of Lodge 462, Chazy Woodmen of the World, in good Standing for a minimum of one-year prior (June1st, 2007) to the application deadline date.
